Mustard: How do we live well in our consumer age? with Ruth Valerio 28th April
We’re delighted that Ruth Valerio will be coming to join us on Sat April 28th to talk about faith and consumerism. For those that don’t know Ruth, she describes herself as an academic, community activist, eco-warrior, author, practitioner, veg grower and pig keeper rolled into one. She has written extensively on justice, environment and lifestyle issues, as well as writing Bible study guides for Scripture Union and CWR. Concerned to ‘practice what she preaches’, Ruth has an allotment, runs a food cooperative and runs a pig-keeping social enterprise with friends.
