DOUG HORLEY VISIT TO WOLVERHAMPTON

Calling all those with a passion for children's ministry!

A bunch of children's workers met for a coffee in Starbucks Wolverhampton and out of it came a hunger and a vision to resource children's workers, whether paid or voluntary, across Wolverhampton as well as provide an event that is relevant and exciting for children! By working together we can learn from each other as well as resource each other.
 
So far the churches involved are St Jude's, St Phil's, St Jo's and St Bart's but we would love others to be involved, whatever denomination, whether you have 5 children or 50 we would like to hear from you!
 
Planning is very much in its early stages. We have booked Doug Horley to come and lead the main children's event in the early evening as well as run an afternoon training session for children's workers/leaders/helpers on Kids' Worship. The date is the 18th July and the venue is yet to be confirmed. It promises to be an action packed day where as part of the main event the kids will also have a chance to do workshops such as breakdancing, puppets, circus skills or chill out in a quiet corner. There's something for everybody.
