The Vine Trust is an innovative Christian Social Enterprise with over 20 years of experience in creating programmes, venues, and businesses to progress vulnerable and excluded young people.

Our Social Enterprise Department manages, develops and markets our Social Businesses, in association with socially responsible companies.
We need someone to manage the department and the Trust’s three year plan to set up local, regional and national pilots that could provide a basis for a new youth employment franchise which would be an exemplar partnership between Socially Responsible Businesses and Social Enterprises.

Marketing and Communications Co-ordinator: Ref:NJ3
£17,901 – £19,521 pro rata
This is a broad marketing role, developing and executing marketing strategies. In our 20th year, this a key time in the organisations evolution. You will therefore plan and implement our integrated communication plan, maximising the use of all media and PR.

Social Enterprise Co-ordinator – Construction: Ref:NJ4
Social Enterprise Co-ordinator – Horticulture: Ref:NJ5
Social Enterprise Co-ordinator – Motor-Parts : Ref:NJ6
£17,901 – £19,521 pro rata 28 hours
We are expanding our pathways to employment scheme that ‘Incubates’ the young ‘hard-to-employ’ into work. This innovative public / third / private sector partnership requires skilled enterprising individuals, to manage our growing vocational centres.
