Sessional Project Leader required!!

Krunch is looking to recruit someone with at least 3 years youth work and mentoring experience and preferably qualified in the field. The successful applicant must be able to coordinate, motivate and oversee a team of volunteers and staff. They must also feel confident to deliver a fast paced programme to engage young teens who have been identified at risk of exclusion. The successful applicant will deliver the programme one day a week and be responsible for planning and delivering a range of creative activities. They will also be able to provide detailed feedback regarding the young people against agreed outcomes and feel comfortable to liaise with the partner organisation The Albion Foundation (WBA). There may be potential for this role to expand.
