REACHING COMMUNITIES OUTREACH WORKER
Phase Trust is seeking to appoint two full-time youth outreach workers
to expand and take forward its work.
There is a General Occupational Requirement that one post holder be male and the other female.
Please note, an Enhanced CRB check will be completed before any job offer is made.

You will be expected to have:
- Relevant experience in working with young people;
- Good communication and team skills.
The successful applicants will be offered 3-year contracts funded by
the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.
Salary: 35 hrs £11,063 - £14,560 per-annum (depending on experience).
Closing date for applications: 5.00pm, Friday 23rd July
