A group of church leaders who meet on a regular basis every month for breakfast together feel led by the Holy Spirit to designate 40 days of prayer for the Borough of Dudley in the run-up to the Global Day of Prayer. Together they have written the prayer below and are inviting every believer in the Borough of Dudley to pray this daily in the 40 days up to 12th June the Global Day of Prayer. There will be a joint gathering of the churches of Dudley between 4 PM and 7 PM on 12th June at Amblecote Christian Centre, the day of the Global Day of Prayer.

This group of leaders also felt the Lord leading them to prayer walk the borough. We believe that the Lord has led us to begin our walks in Brierley Hill the strategic centre of the Borough and walk the life of God across the towns and villages of Dudley . There are five prayer walks beginning on 4th May and ending on the 9th June. During these walks the team will stop in strategic locations to pray and break bread together.

Please join this in praying for our Borough in the 40 days up to the Global Day of Prayer on 12th June and also pray for the church leaders as they prayer walk the borough. We believe this initiative is of huge strategic significance the purposes of God for our Borough.
