GENnet Kids Weekend Away Update

There are about 70 kids booked in at present and there is still potentially some more coming.

Phil Miles & Dan Lee are leading and running things when they are away, with some support from Dave Barton and the leaders from each of the churches represented.

There is a really good mix of churches, the team were really excited and pleased about the take up
and that also some of these churches couldn’t do it on their own, but together they will really benefit. Some of the churches represented are, Sandwell Christian Centre, Bilston, Fatherless barn, Gateway, J10 & ACC.

Heather Barton who has helped organise this weekend asked if we could pray for revelation for the
children, connections & relationships to form and protection for all.

Dudley Youth Leaders Update –

There was a gathering on May 14th
and from all the reports this was an excellent time together, Pete Wright from Calvary led worship, Tim Barton from ACC
preached, Adam Nash from Champions Church opened and closed the meeting and Gareth Hides from Sedgley inputted during the night as well, these guys all make up the team so it was a great team effort.

The churches represented were excellent, there was Living Hope, ACC, Calvary, Sedgley, Champions, Chawn & Primrose Hill!!

If you are involved in Youth work in the Dudley borough please let us know if you would like to
be involved in this kind of meeting in the future.
