This interactive and fun day aims to equip those involved in churches and community projects who manage volunteers. It will be practical and realistic so that you can implement what you learn straightaway. You will leave equipped and encouraged to make the most of your volunteers.

- Top tips on how to motivate others
- The art of communication and how to deal with tricky issues
- Helpful websites and books to continue your learning
