The Proton Foundation – Launch of new course

protonfoundation

Accessible Project Management : Most growing small to medium enterprises  and charitable organisations eventually find themselves in the position of needing to put in place  project management processes and procedures in order to support their growing service provision.  As we look to engage more with the community through social action and projects, how do  leaders and managers effectively introduce a project management culture into their organisation?

Sometimes project management  can appear overwhelming and  very complex and accessing training can be costly for a company operating within a limited training budget.  With churches and small to medium enterprises in mind the Proton Foundation have combined forces with PRINCE2 qualified project management practitioners to make project management training both accessible and affordable.  Based on a 5-stage process the two day training course will provide foundational understanding of successful project management processes and equip your staff with the tools to initiate, plan and manage projects from inception to implementation. (Schedule attached)

To launch this new programme a pilot course has been scheduled for 26/27 January at Coventry, UK – details are on the attached registration form.  We are offering this initial course to our friends and partners at greatly reduced delegate rate, but places are going, so register today.

We would encourage you to take advantage of this training opportunity and consider registering a representative from your organisation on the course – we believe that two days of focused project management training will better equip your staff to effectively manage and deliver community projects.

To view the course outline visit the Proton Foundation website.   This course is part of the Proton Foundation Education’s Training and Development Portfolio.
