Hi everyone
‘It felt just like we were all family’
‘The best time we have had together’
‘Great to see so many pastors taking part’
These are some of the comments I have received from our Proclaim 11 evening last Friday. It was an inspiring and encouraging night as people from many different churches came together to celebrate, pray and hear news of what God is doing in Wolverhampton. People have also been asking how we can go to the next level in expressing God’s heart for the city together – especially since the day with Steve Chalk the week earlier. Conversations are taking place and I am sure we will be able to share some news in the coming weeks.
Please be aware that the next monthly pastors’ prayer lunch is next Tuesday, the 8th March, 12.30pm at the University Chaplaincy Centre on Molineux Street (behind ASDA). We look forward to another wonderful and encouraging time together.
Hot on the heals of this will be the visit of Chris Gore for the first of a series of ‘God Heals Today’ meetings, Friday 8th April, 7.30pm at The Church on Broad Street. On Saturday 9th there will be a leaders’ breakfast at 8.30am, also at the Church on Broad Street. More details on how to register for this will be circulated soon. Please make a note in your diary as this promises to be a very special time as Chris shares the testimony of his journey into the world ministry that he now operates in.
Blessings to all in Jesus’ name,

Dear Church Leader,
Mother’s Day will soon be upon us (Sunday 3rd April). One church leader has come up with a great idea to think beyond the mums in the church congregations, by using the day as an opportunity to give to support the mums who are struggling across the City (only this week we delivered to a family who’s income had been cut and had no nappies or food for their 2 young children – the mum hugged us on the doorstep, and we had an opening to tell her of God’s love and care for her and her family).
With this is mind, we have attached a Mother’s Day Shopping List. Please would you consider seeking the Lord as to whether He would like your church to have a specific collection on that day.
We can collect the donations, or one of your congregation can arrange a time with us to bring the items to the warehouse.
We hope you already have details on the Foodbank – if not, do contact us and we will send you some leaflets.
We also know that one purpose of the Foodbank is to support church leaders in your work by providing parcels to those in need who come across your path – if you do not have one of our agency referral leaflets, again, do contact us and we will send you one.
(our apologies if you have received this email twice – we wanted to ensure we had included all leaders)
With Every Blessing
